What happens if i don't sell enough tickets?

When partnering with us, we provide comprehensive tools and support to help you maximize ticket sales. One key aspect of this is our Community Index Score, which measures your community’s size, engagement, and potential for ticket sales. Based on this score, we provide tailored advice and strategies to set realistic expectations for your prize draw.

We also offer Marketing Support to help promote your prize draw, providing you with resources, templates, and guidance to reach your target audience effectively.

Our Community Echo feature further enhances your campaign by tapping into our wider community of supporters. As other fundraisers engage and spread the word within their networks, they help expand the reach of your prize draw, creating a ripple effect that draws in new supporters from diverse locations.

If ticket sales are lower than expected, you can take advantage of Competition Boost, which offers additional promotional support from our platform. This helps to increase visibility and attract more entrants before the prize draw closes.

However, if ticket sales still fall short, our Fundraiser Guarantee, as outlined in the Fundraiser Terms of Service, ensures that you won’t incur any financial loss. We’ll cover all necessary costs, including prize fulfillment and draw execution, meaning a winner will still be selected, and the prize draw will be completed as planned, regardless of the number of tickets sold.

This holistic approach not only supports the success of your prize draw, giving your supporters confidence, but also safeguards both your reputation and ours, allowing you to focus on your cause with peace of mind.

How do fees work?

Joining Community Draws is free. There are no upfront costs. When you host a prize-draw there are 3 fees that are debited from ticket sales revenue:

  1. Payment Processing Fees – Fees charged by a third-party to process online payments.
  2. Service Fee – A fee retained by the Platform, calculated as a specified percentage of Ticket Sales Revenue.
  3. COPF – The aggregate cost of procuring, handling, and delivering prize(s) to winner(s).

How long does it take to recieve funds?

Once your prize draw has concluded, and all necessary verifications are completed, funds will typically be made available for withdrawal from the platform 30 days after the draw date. This standard 30-day holding period accounts for any potential chargebacks, payment disputes, or transaction queries that may arise. During this period, we will keep you informed if there are any delays or additional requirements.

After the 30-day period, you can request a withdrawal directly from your dashboard. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it will be processed the following business day, ensuring prompt and smooth disbursement of your funds.
